Self-discovery

I am a PACFA-registered clinical counsellor, an ICF ACC-accredited coach, and a yoga teacher. I work with professionals, adults, and young people who are ready to step beyond fear, reconnect with their self-worth, and build a life of depth and meaning.

The voice of the inner critic can dominate the brain’s pathways, narrowing perspective and clouding clarity. Yet the same neural networks that fuel doubt can, with the right practices, be rewired towards self-belief and purpose. In our work together, I help you uncover your values and strengths, and use them as guiding markers towards direction and fulfilment. My role is not only to support but to actively guide you in translating insight into meaningful action.

Movement with Yoga & Therapy


I believe that healing is not just about what happens in your mind, it's an embodied experience. The body holds stories, emotions, and patterns, often locked deep within. Through movement, particularly yoga, we have the power to unlock those stories, allowing us to face and release what no longer serves us.

Our bodies carry the imprints of trauma and unprocessed emotions. By bringing awareness to how we move and where we hold tension, we can begin to heal at a cellular level.
